Since Grandeza Mexicana’s very beginning, Elias Roldan has produced amazing costumes with fine detail and remarkable creativity. Mr. Roldan is the recipient of the 2007 Lesten Horton Award in costuming – an honor bestowed each year on Southern California’s most talented stage costume designer.
